Event Format


Phase 1:Deadline February 7, 2025 and Shortlisting results

  • Teams register by submitting:
  • Project Title
  • Abstract
  • Images/screenshots of thier project
  • A maximum of 5 projects per category (total 8 categories) will be shortlisted

Phase 2: Exhibition and Judging

Day 1: February 14, 2025

  • Teams set up booths with posters, presentations, and live demonstrations
  • Judges visit each booth to evaluate the projects

Phase 3: Award Ceremony

Day 2: February 15, 2025

  • Winners will be awarded during the closing Ceremony

Hardware-Based Categories

  • Mechanical (Model-based)
  • Civil (Model-based)
  • Arduino/Raspberry Pi/Chipset based/IoT

Guidelines

  • Team Size: 1-4 members
  • Projects must be original
  • Teams must arrange their own display materials
  • Projects should be fully functional for demonstrations
  • Adherence to deadlines is mandatory

Code of Conduct

  • Maintain professionalism throughout the event

  • Follow safety protocols for hardware demos
  • Respect towards all participants and organizers
  • Follow environmental guidelines

Abstract Requirements

  • Maximum 300 words
  • Include project title
  • Attach relevant images/screenshots

Resources Provided

  • Complete setup for project showcase
  • Wi-Fi access during the event
  • Power outlets for hardware setups
  • Organizing committee assistance

Note: Participants must bring their own laptops, equipment, and additional resources needed for demonstrations.
