Event Date: February 14-15, 2025

The Hackathon is a signature event of NMIMS Tech Fiesta 2025, designed to challenge the brightest minds in development, design, and problem-solving.

Over an intense 24-hour competition, participants will work in teams to create innovative solutions based on predefined problem statements. The event offers a dynamic environment fostering creativity, collaboration, and practical learning while bridging the gap between academia and industry.


Note The given problem statements are only the basic overview of the functioalities we need. Complete problem statements will be provided later

Problem Statements PPT Template

Phase 1: Registration and Shortlisting

  • Teams Register by Submitting:
    • Team Name and Members' Details
    • Choosen Problem Statement
    • Abstract (Problem Understanding and Approach in a PPT)
  • Top 15 teams will be selected for the final round

Phase 2: Hackathon Day

Day 1: February 14, 2025

  • Teams assemble and work intensively over 24 hours
  • Implementation of solutions
  • Submission of final work

Day 2: February 15, 2025

  • Final Presentations to judges
  • Award Ceremony

Guidelines

  • Team Size: 4-6 members (A Female Student is Mandatory)
  • Teams must choose one problem statement and stick to it
  • only problem statements are provided. Datasets , images and other resoucres will not be given
  • All submissions must be original and adhere to intellectual property laws
  • Teams must bring their own laptops and resources
  • Carry Your own extension boxes
  • Solutions must be functional and feasible

  • Prepare and submit abstract in PPT format

Eligibility

  • Must be NMIMS students from any campus
  • Team size: 4-6 members
  • Mandatory to have at least one female team member
